I'm basing my review solely off the service and the turkey sandwich because I can. But if you never have another sandwich in your life except the classic turkey sandwich at queen anne coffee company, I'm pretty sure it would be the best decision you ever made.....Or at least I'd be completely happy with it. This sandwich completes me. For starters it is on the MOST AMAZING Challah pretzel bun I've ever tasted. They've found a way to combine two absolutely delicious breads, Challah and a pretzel roll together and what they've created has me humming to myself with each bite. Then there's the turkey, amazing fresh thick (but not too thick) slices of real, not processed turkey breast with simple ingredients lettuce, tomato, and mayo added. It truly is my favorite turkey sandwich in seattle! The service is also always great. The staff is incredibly pleasant, patient, helpful, and suggestive if you need a recommendation. It's a little crowded in the winter but the have a lovely patio in the summer that opens up the place a bit. I HIGHLY recommend.

This was our first "Seattle coffee" stop and it was the smart choice. Coffee was great but the real winner here was the breakfast sandwich! Option to put your breakfast sandwich on a challah/pretzel roll... Hell to the yes!! That shit was freaking fantastic. Egg perfectly cooked, bacon wonderfully crisp. Def winner here!

This place is great! We were I. The area and didn't feel like Starbucks or Ladro so we gave this a try. The coffee was solid (not amazing) and everything was very reasonably priced. We got a gluten free peanut butter cookie with m&m's and it was delicious

My family and I stopped here to grab a bite while visiting. First, let's start with the spicy egg panini. This sandwich is definitely not for the faint of heart, as the spice level is definitely noticeable. However, if you're a fan of spicy foods, this panini is sure to please. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the bread was toasted just right. The addition of avocado added a nice creaminess to the sandwich that balanced out the spiciness. The bacon egg and cheddar sandwich did not disappoint. The bacon was crispy and flavorful, the egg was cooked to perfection, and the cheddar cheese was melted just right. The bread was fresh and overall, this sandwich was a satisfying and delicious breakfast option. Now, let's talk about the maple bar latte. This unique latte was sweet and indulgent, with a subtle maple flavor that paired well with the espresso. Lastly, we ordered the raspberry scone. This scone was buttery, flaky, and had just the right amount of sweetness. The raspberry flavor added a nice fruity twist to the classic scone. Overall, Queen Ann Cafe served up a delicious and satisfying breakfast. The spicy egg panini and bacon egg and cheddar sandwich were both tasty and filling, while the maple bar latte and raspberry scone added a sweet touch to the meal. The cafe also had a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff, making for an enjoyable dining experience.
